Who we're looking for

We are looking to hire a talented Product Content Editor to join our growing team in Hong Kong.

The role

The role is a track in digesting, demystifying and creating financial product content, and is under the Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for creating content that resonates with our users, designed to lead them on a frictionless path through the website, all the while maintaining an objective, user-first approach as defined in the Team’s content standards and guidelines. The role is challenging but you will progress to becoming a subject expert, owning and driving entire product verticals eventually, in a FinTech startup environment.

What you will be doing in this role

Create, edit and update the (personal finance) product information that is suitable for our target audience
Collect, digest and summarize product and promotional offers in the market, discover the key features of different products
Target audience, persona and market research
Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on product content updates
Respect tone of voice and style guidelines, and contribute to its evolution
Take ownership of entire product verticals and be responsible for user engagement and conversion

About you

Finance industry experience in HK is highly preferred
Work experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred
Strong copywriting skills, with emphasis on efficiency and accuracy
Digital marketing experience
Experience with CMS
Experience with Google Analytics
Fundamental understanding of web coding languages such as HTML and CSS preferred
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail is vital

Strong interpersonal and social skills
Customer focused, self-initiated, capable to work individually
Passionate about delivering accurate content and content with insights to users

Excellent command of written Chinese, English
