Who we're looking for

We are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Designer to join our growing team in Hong Kong.

What you will be doing in this role

Lead all web and multimedia design initiatives for strategic projects of MoneyHero, from conception to delivery.
Manage capacity and allocation of resources to ensure accurate, on-time and on-budget deliverables
Own the visual content creation strategy and lead idea generation, pro-actively reviewing existing assets, seeking external inspiration, creating mood boards/storyboards & suggesting ideas to enhance the visual creativity of the brand
Understand the business goals behind all design tasks. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and design teams in both market and region to ensure that the final design output exceeds expectations.
Conduct experiments, A/B test creatives and use KPIs to optimize the designs
Create and maintain corporate and brand design standards and communicate a consistent brand image across all channels.
Establish workflows and SOPs that improve delivery effectiveness and efficiencies

About you

Bachelor’s degrees in marketing, advertising, design, visual arts or an equivalent creative field or related disciplines
3-5 years of total design experience. At least 2 years of experience each in UI
Strong portfolio demonstrating impact from skilful use of graphic design, photography, typography, copywriting and artwork in achieving brand and marketing objectives
A keen eye for detail - checking every piece of work is pixel perfect
Creative thinkers who can translate strategic and marketing needs across different media and channels
Able to communicate creative and design concepts to marketing teams and other stakeholders
Working knowledge of user research and the role of design in CRO, A/B testing will be highly preferred
Skilled in the use of Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools like InDesign, Illustrator, motion graphics, video shooting and editing skills is a plus
UX/UI, CSS and web design knowledge are hugely advantageous
Previous agency / design studio experience preferred
Good command of English and Chinese
Positive attitude and ability to work with suggestions and feedback from multiple parties
Incredible people skills
