Who we're looking for

OKEx is looking for (Senior) Product Manager - P2P Trading to join the team!

What you will be doing

Responsible for P2P trading product with particular focus on localization for non-Chinese speaking regions with the mindset of being the leader in the industry.
Define product roadmap and feature priorities for the P2P trading platform in alignment with the latest direction and product vision.
Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats with the aim of growing and protecting P2P market shares.
Identify user pain points in trading fiat to cryptocurrencies, and vice versa, with the objective of developing new solutions to optimise user experience.
Work collaboratively with engineers and design team on product development with concise and clear product requirements.
Build a global support network model for P2P trading business meeting local requirement in order to bring service excellence to our users and local knowledge for our product localization by recruiting and managing part-time and full time local product managers and/or operators in those countries.
Develop a commercialisation strategy with the Business Development team to jointly reach the set business growth objectives in the priority markets.

Who you are

You have 3-10+ years of digital product experience. Having working experience in the crypto industry or a well-known internet company such as Facebook, Amazon, Airbnb, eBay, PayPal, etc is an advantage. Experienced candidate will be considered for Senior Product Manager.
You are passionate in solving customer problems and driving business value by designing new solutions.
You have a "Driver" mindset and nothing stops you from delivering new product features with the team.
You are familiar or have strong interest in blockchain / cryptocurrency.
Proficiency in English. Chinese / Mandarin is preferred but not a must. Other languages are a plus.
