Who we're looking for

We are looking for Java Software Engineer of Global Liquidity team, mainly developing applications supporting electronic trading with exchanges and brokers on various crypto products, including cash, derivatives and structure products, trading on 24/7 basis. The candidate will work with product manager and quant trading team to develop crypto trading products, strategies and both pre-trade and post-trade services to support high-availability trading.

What you will be doing

Design and build crypto structure product quoting/trading engines and risk management components, aiming to bring more variety into crypto eco-system.
Optimize market making strategies to provide global liquidity and build accounting tools to automate operation requirement.
Develop post-trade PMS to provide reliable position data and real-time reconciliation to support continuous trading.
Level 2 support for applications and monitor overall service performance.
Work in an agile team of developers to support different phases of the product lifecycle including analysis, development and testing.

Who you are

Solid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background.
2+ years Java programming experience and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
Experience in practicing automated testing and continuous integration.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment, with high sense of urgency.
Good interpersonal skills: patient, positive, and persistent when dealing with others with strong communication skills.
Spoken and written English is required.
