Who we're looking for

We are looking for a talented Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The sales & marketing officer will be responsible for the planning, execution, and implementation of the company’s marketing activities to strengthen our online presence.

What you will be doing

Manage different social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
Work collaboratively with the design team on strategic alignment
Plan a creative social media content calendar
Preparing and producing the content, budget and time constraints for implementing sales and digital marketing strategies
Monitor and measure data (such as reach and growth rates.)
Conduct market research to derive actionable insights (when needed)
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to design and execute assigned tasks from research, concept generation, layout design and final artwork production
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
Handling complaints, taking feedback and negotiating the deals with the clients.
Writing monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns.

Who you are

Diploma holder or undergraduate in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
1-2 years experience in marketing or sales.
Good understanding of sales and marketing principles (such as SEO and content marketing) and social media management
Able to use MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
