What you will be doing

Make logistics arrangement for seminar and workshop, i.e. venue booking, reminder, packing materials, etc
Provide support in designing, updating and printing for promotional materials
Provide administrative support to the team
Assist in setting up online shops for our merchants and demonstration
Work on market research for competitors and existing merchants, may require outbound research if necessary
Responsible for onsite POS system installation for merchants
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Who we are looking for

Bachelor degree in any discipline, Business Administration is preferred
Minimum of 1 years working experience in sales operations or/and customer service, fresh graduates will also be considered
Proficient in MS Office, knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus
Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
Well organized, mature, highly responsible and independent
Immediately available is preferred
