Who we're looking for

WeLab is looking for a Credit Approval Manager/ Assistant Manager to join the team!

What you will be doing

Review customer's financial status, credit bureau report and internal credit history to recommend approval decision for personal installment loan applications
Handle credit applications according to credit policies and underwriting standards
Manage and monitor loan portfolio to ensure credit quality and full compliance of internal policies and lending guidelines
Perform verification to detect fraud application and prevent fraud
Participate in projects to improve and optimize the credit operation and process

You have a strong thirst for knowledge and are driven to find solutions that don't exist yet

What is required and what we’re looking for

Higher Diploma or above
Minimum 5 years related experience in personal loan products. With approval delegation is preferred
Self-initiative and good team player
Multi-tasking and ability to manage deliverables within tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
