Who we're looking for

We are looking for a new Group Finance Manager to join our team!

What you will be doing

Responsible for all month end closing activities at the group level to ensure accuracy, consistency and timely submission
Provide overall financial advice and support to our banking businesses in different jurisdictions
Regular review of financial statements and management reports of our business units and ensure they are in compliance with the Group’s policies and guidelines
Handle full set of financial statements of the group companies, including maintenance and reconciliation of accounts and balances and preparation of statutory accounts and financial reports to investors
Ensure accounting operations of business units in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
Provide financial support including forecasting, budgeting, and analyze variations from budget
Handle tax computations and tax returns
In charge of statutory audit and liaise with external auditors
Undertake ad-hoc assignments

What is required and what we’re looking for

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
Qualified Accountant with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of experience with solid Big 4 background and proven commercial experience of not less than 3 years in management and/or financial reporting
Solid regional work experience in multinational corporations
Experience in banking and finance industry is a must
In-depth knowledge of HKFRS or IFRS
Excellent communication skills, able to work independently in a fast paced and challenging environment
Highly self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
Immediate availability is highly preferred
