Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Senior Associate / Manager, IT Operation to join our WeLab Bank team

What you will be doing in this role

Maintain health of cloud-based production environments through monitoring and typical daily administration duties.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, while working with diverse audiences including highly technical IT professionals, developers, and operators.
Monitor IT service tickets to ensure the predefined Service Level Agreement (SLA) are met
Analyze, log and track tickets and issues regularly
Plan and control IT operations job flow & execution
Prepare and review the Incident / Management Report
Negotiate with vendors in the best interest of the Bank
Incident, Problem and Change management
Perform ad-hoc tasks

What is required and what we’re looking for

Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent disciplines.
Minimum 6 years' hands-on experience in IT operations management and application support & configuration management in a cloud environment
Candidates with ITIL certification highly preferred
Demonstrated expertise in managing banking application support processes including application defect management
Working knowledge of system testing
Demonstrated experience in managing service level agreement with application service providers
Strong Incident and Problem management skill.
Experience on hosting CAB.
Fluent in verbal and written English and Cantonese
