Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) is a complex industry consisting of numerous stakeholders to collaborate and bring a project to fruition. Hong Kong is famous for quality construction but also tops Asia in the construction cost and demand. The construction field is adopting a project-based process with low digitalisation which is highly complex.

Based on our R&D achievement, LPC’s patented ISO-compliant products formulates a new AEC business model by commercialising Building Information Modelling (BIM), GIS, A.I., IoT and Blockchain technologies. Our products and services can streamline the processes of the project life-cycle for the AEC industry, and generate and utilise high-value data for smart operation. They equip the Hong Kong industry for the new construction normal – digitalisation, standardisation, integration, and industrialisation.
