We are one of the seven Benefit Corporations in HK – A new type of company that uses the power of business to solve social and environmental problems. The Wave is not industry-focused; clients come from all sorts of backgrounds. The Wave encourage them to collaborate and actively involved in business matching; the way we connect Wavers to one another, and encourage businesses to cooperate and ultimately create an ecosystem within The Wave. We are a community builder who strive to build an inclusive community, we do a lot of voluntary work and innovative events to inspire the community.
Our staff is naturally considerate of new ideas, and organically establishes an inviting presence. Moreover, when sketching the blueprints for The Wave, we specifically designed a contemporary workspace that would contribute to the easy going and free flowing atmosphere of our community.
The Wave is a big family with talents coming from all walks of life. We are very different from each other – different age, different background,different characters, different strengths, but we have 3 things in common - passionate and energetic, teamwork-friendly, and goal-oriented!
