Who we're looking for

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. He/she will own the front end of the Caregiver lifecycle and will help attract, onboard, and activate Caregivers (‘CGs’) onto our platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to define our CG recruitment strategy and user experience, directly impacting the quality and quantity of our CG supply pool. Your role will be pivotal in allowing us to service more clients in need of specialized home care!

What you will be doing
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of 3-4 associates to ensure they are powering the engine and supporting applicants through the registration process
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators to have a pulse on the team’s overall performance and ensure we are working towards a defined and trackable set of goals
  • Design marketing campaigns and partnerships to attract prospective Caregivers onto our platform
  • Meticulously iterate on the Caregiver onboarding framework and process to increase efficiency, improve the candidate experience, while maintaining quality
  • Work closely with Operations and Sales to forecast upcoming Caregiver demand and adjust our recruitment strategy, as well as with Product to feedback any technological improvements required to smoothen the onboarding process
  • Engage with CGs regula
Who you are
  • Willing to be scrappy and get your hands dirty (we are a startup after all!)
  • Organized and have a strong sense of ownership in tasks. Project management experience preferred
  • Analytical and can identify actionable insights with data for the team to implement (intermediate knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets is a must)
  • A natural knack for setting up efficient and practical processes
  • Equipped with strong communication and influencing skills, whether face to face, through telecommunications channels
  • At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in investment banking, consulting, or start-ups
  • Business proficient in English and Cantonese
