Who we're looking for

We are looking for a talented Customer Success Specialist to join our team.

What you will be doing

Handle customer inquiries and complaints by phone in a professional manner
Respond and manage customer inquiries via social media or any other CRM tools
Provide quotes for customers inquiries
Support sales team to handle customer requests
Coordinate customer jobs with worker scheduling
Process invoices for each job complete
Continuously improve customer support scripts and processes
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Who you are

Grade E or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE (including Chinese/English and Mathematics) / Level 2 or above in 5 subjects of HKDSE (including Chinese/English and Mathematics)
At least 1 year of relevant experience in hotline/ call centre/ customer service field
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Love working with people and delighting them with courteous and effective solutions
Customer-focused, positive attitude, self-motivated, willing to learn and works well with colleagues
Basic knowledge of computer skills is essential
Shift Duty is required (Work on weekends and holidays)
Proficient in the use of common PC software applications (eg. MS Word, Excel)
