Who we're looking for

Shopline (HK) is looking for a Business Development Consultant (e- commerce) to join the team!

What you will be doing

Convert leads to potential customers through good communication, continuous follow-ups with a positive and helpful attitude
Improve and optimize the prospecting and closing process with the team
Participate in regular offline events i.e. seminars and workshops to demonstrate our product to potential merchants
Responsible for public speaking in offline events
Follow up on renewal, trial and new users on their customer journey
Conduct face-to-face meeting with potential merchants if necessary
Reach out to potential merchants through outbound messages and calls
Drive innovative ideas to reach out new potential users
Work with consulting team to meet HK monthly sales target
Collaborate with cross-border Taiwan team in driving sales insights

Who you are

2+ years relevant experience preferably in E-commerce/Sales field
University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
Quick learner, curious and passionate in learning more about e-commerce
Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
Self-motivated and drive to achieve sales goals
Experience in public speaking skills will be an advantage
Organized and good time management skills
Experience in CRM tools ie. Salesforce and Intercom will be a plus
