Who we're looking for

We are looking to expand the local team with an Engagement and Marketing Associate to manage the production of dedicated, localized content for our engagement programs.

What you will be doing

Exploring and collecting relevant trends and news related to waste reduction and sustainability
Designing engagement program(s) with focus themes aligned with the customer needs
Preparing original content like blog articles, infographics, sustainable tips, flyers, and digital screens
Organizing occasional events and educational workshops (digital or physical)
Engaging directly with the employees and customer leadership
Tracking the effectiveness of the employee engagement with the content on different channels
Preparing meetings with the clients to share about the progress of the work
Designing and executing a local communication plan for Spare-it in Hong Kong

Who you are

Motivated to have a positive impact on the planet
Entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills with keen attention to detail Excellent sense of communication, especially to reach and engage younger audiences.
Strong organizational skills and solid project management track record
Ability to use a variety of presentation & communication tools (Google Slides/Docs, Adobe Illustrator, Social Medias, Wix, Slack...)
Strong interpersonal communication skills to manage client and tenant interactions(workshops…)
Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English (written and spoken). Cantonese and/or Mandarin are a plus.
Reliable/trustworthy to represent Spare-it.
