Who we're looking for

WeLab is looking for a Assistant Marketing Manager, Social Media to join the team!

The Assistant Marketing Manager, Social Media will be responsible for assisting the team to formulate social media marketing & branding strategies, execute social media marketing plans to drive brand awareness, sales acquisition, customer growth and also to enhance customer engagement with participation in new product/ technology development. We are a team striving for World-class marketing campaigns recognized by numerous of industry awards.

This person will contribute to optimize quality and effectiveness of various integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and social media. He/She will have the opportunity to drive the brand direction of a FinTech Company, change consumer behavior and alter the perception of financial companies in the Hong Kong lending market with our unique brand assets of Fintech empowerment. The role requires a creative and open-minded individual who is looking to work in a challenging but rewarding environment.

What you will be doing

Propose and develop social content strategies, digital projects, analytics tools and test new approaches to generate awareness, buzz, engagement and business demands
Take ownership of all social media channels management and accounts management
Handle all digital deliverables ensuring the consistency to branding
Ensure all the KPIs for planned activities are achieved
Review campaigns performance and evaluate the effectiveness of various channels and influencers, and recommend improvements to optimize performance
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, closely monitor for immediate feedbacks and customer enquiries, ensuring all those are properly addressed
Closely monitor and analyze the competitor activities and provide immediate recommendation if necessary
Work closely with online service providers and influencers for joint promotion and support opportunities, and maintain excellent relationship with all third parties
Will be assigned with new projects coordinating with other teams

What is required and what we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Communications / Marketing / Public Relations with 6-8 years of relevant working experience in social media and content marketing
Previous working experiences in Advertising / Social Media agencies is highly preferred
Strong understanding of creative judgement, social media trends and analytics skillset
A passion for excellence: the candidate should repeatedly strive to improve his or her work
Independent and have a strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task. The person should be comfortable taking on a variety of projects that may fall outside of their day-to-day responsibilities
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Team player who is innovative, flexible and willing to learn in a dynamic working environment
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (preferred) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
