Who we're looking for

We are looking for a passionate & driven Marketing professional to join our Hong Kong Marketing team to take on the role of Marketing Manager (Key Opinion Leader / Partnerships).

Reporting to our Head of Marketing (Hong Kong), you will be overseeing relationships with our local Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) across the various social platforms.

You must first understand the REAL numbers behind each KOL (followers / engagement rate) and start running the KOL partner recruitment program accordingly.

Outreach > Negotiation > Contractual Signing > Onboarding > Posting > Analysis

We will trust you to:

Evolve KOLs into our biggest growth channel
Maintain and uphold stringent selection criteria for any new KOL partners.
Establish a strong network of KOL partners and maintain excellent relationships with each partner
Responsible for ideation/creation of KOL/influencer campaigns for both new and existing partners
Maintain a consistent flow of KOL content across various social platforms like Instagram, Facebook and Youtube
Provide data driven analytical insights into KOL partner performance
Consistently optimize KOL content to drive and deliver impact
Ideating new ways to leverage KOLs to drive growth

We'd love to see

Minimally 5 years of relevant experience in a Marketing related role with direct involvement managing KOL/influencers.
Excellent understanding of local Hong Kong KOL/influencer profiles who possess strong organic outreach capabilities
Advantageous to have had experience managing other talents (celebrities, artists etc)
Familiar with social media tools / platforms usage (Instagram, Facebook and YouTube)
Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with local and regional counterparts)
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast paced work environment
